Developing a conference theme is a challenge that we are passionate about. Taking a client's idea/concept and turning it into a workable conference format is challenging but what we thrive on.

Working with Restaurant Brands we turned an ordinary conference into a rewarding, entertaining and a great learning environment. We set out to create a campfire environment; with the support of excellent theming and audio visual we turned a conference room into a campfire setting. Transporting the delegates into the New Zealand native bush within a conference room.

Complementing the theme by team building that built on the company message; providing a fun, inclusive learning environment where everyone had their chance to contribute.

Finally, a night under the stars, around an open campfire. Cooking marshmallows, enjoying good food, in the campfire setting of OffRoad Rotorua with Dave Dobbyn singing iconic New Zealand songs around the campfire.

A truly authentic New Zealand experience bringing a successful, productive conference to a fine conclusion.
